Set in the hills of Tuscany, less than 3 miles from the historic heart of Siena, Guild Siena is our first Italian residence designed for longer stays, and the quiet rhythm of the dolce vita.
This spring, stays are offered in a limited, invitation-only format as we thoughtfully welcome our first guests and refine the experience.
From June 2026 onward, broader availability will open, with the same intentional pace and personal attention.

For Spring 2026, Guild Living is offering a limited, invitation-only pilot experience at Guild Siena designed to introduce our approach to longer stays, gentle rhythms, and curated exploration of Tuscany. This pilot combines living at Guild Siena with a series of guided day trips, balanced with unstructured time to enjoy the residence, the landscape, and daily life in Siena.
