Franco and Teresa
"If you don’t share your passion, you don't fully enjoy it."
Franco is a former trade unionist, with that unmistakable Lombard spirit: efficient. The typical man who puts his money where his mouth is. Teresa is incredibly sweet, deeply in love with her husband, yet also independent and a little bit rebellious. They have no children and, seeking a milder climate, they moved from Parabiago to Latina.
But there is something else that truly defines them: music. Franco is an extraordinary musician — he plays the piano, guitar, and accordion, and he sings. A true lover of life. And Teresa, to stay close to him in every way, even learned to play percussion and the tambourine — and she dances. She fell in love with him for precisely this reason: “I was looking for a man who was different. I didn’t want to settle for what was around me…”
They came to us because life was becoming increasingly heavy. Franco is visually impaired, and Teresa cares for him in many ways. They needed to lighten the load of daily responsibilities and, above all, enjoy the years ahead — together.
They arrived with one simple request: “Help us with the bureaucracy and the domestic chores. We’ll take care of the rest.”
At first, they ate alone and participated very little: they were happy simply being together.
But slowly… something changed.
Today, they join everything. They play, dance, and involve everyone with their contagious joy.
They have brought new light to the community — a unifying, uplifting energy.
A true Guild Way success.
For generous and outgoing people like Franco and Teresa, Guild Siena becomes a natural stage: live music evenings where they can share their talent, social activities that spark new friendships, creative workshops, parties, dancing, and moments of pure joy that ripple through the entire community. A place where their infectious energy not only finds room — it brightens everyone’s day.
