Similar to how leading hotel operators partner with property owners, Guild Living provides the operational platforms for property owners around the globe who are keen to enter the fast-growing Later Living sector.

We are seeking to partner with organisations that are aligned in creating a better way for people to live in later life. Guild Living has frameworks in place to partner with investors and/or property owners designed to drive alignment and incentivise both parties to deliver successful projects. Community investment requirements include:

  • Sited in urban, town and city centres ‒ within close proximity to services, amenities and infrastructure

  • Project size: min. 15,000m² to max. 30,000m²

  • Local residential property values of £500psf upwards
