Guild Living is one of the world’s first independent Third Age Living Operational Platforms.

Similar to how leading hotel operators partner with property owners, Guild Living provides the operational platforms for property owners around the globe who are keen to enter the fast-growing Third Age Living sector.


We are seeking to partner with organisations that are aligned in creating a better way for people to live their Third Age. Guild Living has frameworks in place to partner with investors and/or property owners designed to drive alignment and incentivise both parties to deliver successful projects. Community investment requirements include:

  • Within close proximity to services, amenities and infrastructure

  • Project size: min. 15,000m² to max. 30,000m²

  • Local residential property values of £500psf upwards
