AT GUILD SIENA WE ARE SEARCHING FOR THE FOLLOWING EXTRAORDINARY PERSONS:

The Service Manager

  • must demonstrate strong leadership skills as well as organizational and problem solving skills.
  • will oversees the Service Ambassador team (Concierge)
  • coordinate Housekeeper and cleaning services
  • welcomes new residents to the community
  • support community activities and events
  • performs the role of Manager on Duty of the Guild in the absence of the General Manager

Is required:

  • to have a minimum of two years of experience as a Supervisor in the Hospitality sector or equivalent services
  • to have excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of the German language is a plus.

The Service Ambassador

  • is the central point of contact for everything that is happening in the community and delivers an excellent service to all residents, their families and visitors.
  • has organizational and problem solving skills
  • collaborates and assists in carrying out community activities and events
  • responds to emergencies for residents and the community
  • handles and resolves complaints
  • welcomes new residents to the community and will be the key contact and coordinator/ambassador for 12-15 residents

Is required:

  • to have excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of the German language is a plus.

The Maintainer

  • ensures through the observance of high standards a welcoming, safe and healthy environment for all residents, visitors and staff of the community.
  • performs daily maintenance tasks for the community, including:
    • common services
    • gardening services
    • maintenance of the swimming pool and the wellness area
    • maintenance of green spaces
    • safety and security tasks
    • maintenance support services for residents
    • coordination with external companies
    • maintenance (repair) duties in all common areas
    • preventive maintenance activities
    • delivery, receipt of goods and supplies

Is required:

  • At least 2 years experience in the role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of multiple technical areas (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the English language is a plus
