And Guild Living is here to help make this possible.

The time has come to look at ageing in a whole new way, because we believe everybody has the right to live longer – the way they want. That’s why we are creating a totally new alternative for people that is based around the individual’s want and needs. Ours is a new approach to Third Age living that holistically enables wellbeing and longevity, and reconnects people with their passions and their community.

We’re passionate about Third Age living, but not as you currently know it in Italy. Guild Living is the new generation of Third Age living, offering homes for rent within welcoming communities. We empower people to live rich lives steeped in independence, kindness, respect, and contentment. They offer a range of facilities, including cafés, gyms, restaurants, classes, and cinemas. And, if needed, expert 24-hour support. Our belief is that the Third Age can be one of the most fulfilling times in our lives. We’d love you to see it first-hand.

Guild Living will open its first community in the world heritage town of Siena, Italy. Guild Siena is set to become one of the world’s finest Third Age communities. At Guild Living we are working hard to bring our innovative concept of Third Age Living to Turin, Milano, Lake Garda and Galzignano Terme (and more countries and locations to be announced). Guild Living was founded in 2019 by Eugene Marchese and Michael Eggington. With significant experience in Third Age living design, project development and community operations, both Eugene and Michael agreed that, globally, there was a need to deliver a better way to age. Eugene has spent over 25 years building up a world-class architectural practice specialising in Third Age living. And with Michael’s years of experience, successfully steering some of Australia’s leading retirement businesses, the partnership was formed.
