Our Story.

Guild Siena is a next generation Third Age community created in partnership between Guild Living and Specht Group Italia. The partnership brings together a team of global Third Age experts that together with the Guild Siena team have created a better way to live.

Guild Living, is a global Senior Living operator, founded by; Eugene Marchese and Michael Eggington, with extensive experience in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the United Kingdom.

Specht Group Italia, headed by Luca Landini is a company of the German based Specht Gruppe. Specht Gruppe have constructed and managed over 100 senior living projects with more than 30 years of experience in Germany.

We offer the opportunity to be part of an exciting new project in Siena and have an impact on its success, by joining our international team with over thirty years of experience in the Third Age Living sector.
