Pets including dogs are permitted to live with you as long as they do not cause a nuisance or danger to other residents. Our Resident Relationship Manager will assist you if you are intending to bring your pet.

The Guild Siena team will be available for support needs and will assist with emergencies 24/7.

There are several options to travel to town from Guild Siena if required.

The Guild Siena team can coordinate transport for you when you require. We can organise a car for you on request.

The city bus also stops close to Guild Siena.

We have a team of health and wellbeing professionals at the community, who will be supporting you with your needs. If you require someone to join an external medical appointment, we will ensure that one of our team members accompanies you.

We encourage Residents to welcome friends and family to Guild Siena. The restaurant, bar and pool terrace are perfect for celebrations. We have many options, from an aperitivo to an extensive lunch and dinner, the guild Siena Team will be pleased to help you organise it all.

Guild Siena will be ready for Residents to move in June 2023. There are different types of apartments, please do speak to our Resident Relations Team to help you with the options and they will be happy to prepare you for your move.

All Apartments include a base Silver Package. The Silver Packages include for 2 people per apartment with a number of inclusions.

If you upgrade to a Gold or Platinum Package, there will be an additional cost per person.

Our Resident Relations Team will assist you with tailoring your Rent Package to suit your lifestyle.
