What do you want to be
when you grow up?

BECOMING GROWN-UPS NOT OLD.
Guild Siena believes in the right to independence. And it offers free spirits a new concept of spaces for the elderly, to allow them to live as they choose (not as others choose for them).
Guild Siena proposes a new concept of environment in which proud and determined individuals can enjoy an independent and stimulating Third Age as they deserve.
When I grow up I want to live like this, and you?
Liliana:
When I grow up, I want to please.“There isn’t a specific age at which to stop feeling attractive. At least not for me. I’m not the type to let time defeat me, in fact, I bend it to my desires. Besides, becoming older has freed me from all constraints. Today I truly feel beautiful. And I still want to feel desired. Yes, even now that I’m older, I want to please.”
Glauca:
When I grow up, I want to take care of myself.“I’ve been independent all my life. Now that I’m 70 years old… my daughter talks to me about caregivers. To me! Let’s not joke around. I take care of myself very well.
I certainly won’t start taking orders from someone else now. From a caregiver, no less… I’m not old, I’m just older. I know what to do and when. I have no intention of sharing my space and my time with a stranger.”
Marisa:
When I grow up, I want a new love.“My house is your house: that has always been my motto… Then the house emptied out… but now that age has taken away my loved ones and friends, I don’t want to live on memories. I won’t give in to loneliness. Now that I’m older, I want joy and companionship. I want a new love.”
Amedeo:
When I grow up, I want to be treated like a grown-up.“I was the best in my class and became a respected doctor, a point of reference for everyone. I have always been in control of my choices. And now my son, whom I taught everything to, treats me like a child. But I won’t stand for it. Now that I’m older, I want to be treated like an adult.”
