You quickly notice that Ingrid is systematic and very clear on her priorities. It’s these qualities and her passion for customer service that shape her leadership for our community teams, soon to number 500+ colleagues as residents begin to move in. Ingrid is passionate about customer-focused service and the impact she can have on the quality of life experienced by ageing generations in the UK.  This will ensure a very personal experience for our residents throughout our communities.

Ingrid has over 25 years’ global experience in the hospitality industry. After graduating from Hotel Management at HMSL in Leeuwarden, Netherlands (now known as Stenden University), Ingrid began her career on the operational side of the hotel industry working for many reputable global hotel brands in Europe, Russia and UK as a (cluster) General Manager. She then managed multiple hotels as Regional Manager for a Hotel Management company in the UK. In her last position as Vice President of Operations, Ingrid oversaw a collection of hotels in London. She led several hotel openings and rebrands, which included building and developing high performing hospitality teams.

Ingrid is responsible for developing and leading extraordinary community teams across Guild Living in the UK. She’ll establish a scalable platform to launch and operate Guild communities.
