All the Guild LIving centres are studied to help people to continue being and feeling themselves despite the passing of time and to live a rich, independent and active life as long as possible.
Our staff has been selected and instructed to listen, understand and anticipate the needs and expectations of each guest, letting each individual choose what to embrace (or not), amongst the many activities available at the centre, to nourish the body, the mind and the soul.
The Guild Living Team will be constantly monitoring and detecting changes in the level of health and wellbeing of every guest, so as to immediately implement care or medical solutions, when needed, both on premise or at specialistic structures of the surrounding territory.
All our staff have been trained to take care of the residents in every way possible, to help them rediscover their vital energy and build the future they desire. Because we know that it’s the smallest attentions that make the difference.
We offer 24-hour assistance to all our guests for any need, from transportation to the organization of trips and excursions, from personal help to apartment maintenance.
With over 50 years of experience leading Senior Living Projects in Australia and the United States, the two founders – Eugene Marchese and Michael Eggington – created Guild Living to change and enrich the lives of (seniors) in Europe and Italy as well.
Guild Siena brings together people with a similar outlook on life, so that they can share experiences, embrace new challenges and live new adventures with likeminded friends.
Thanks to a rich program of events in and outside the Centre and to the many common spaces dedicated to social activities, guests will continue feeling an active and living part of the community. And host firends and relatives, whenever they like.

Every apartment, in every Guild Living Centre, has been designed so that Residents can maintain their energy, joy of life and independence for as long as possible.
But our spaces are flexible and Residents can choose between Studios, 2 Room and 3 Room apartments. So that the choice is only theirs, whether they want to live socially, making the most of our beautiful shared spaces, or savour the taste of an intimate home, equipped with all modern comforts, to host family and friends.
Every person is different and special. Some love to cook and host friends at home, some others enjoy what has been prepared for them, some want a high level of service and some others prefer to be independent.
This is why every Guild Living Centre offers different packages with increasing levels of service to adapt to each individual’s personal lifestyle.
