Luca Landini, with over 15 years of experience in the evaluation, management and marketing of real estate assets at international consulting firms and national asset management companies, is a partner and CEO of Specht Group Italia. He has successfully managed as Fund Manager the development and marketing of the Villagio Expo 2015 in Milan (now Up Town) and since 2008 he has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Dirk Oelbermann.
Dirk Oelbermann, a lawyer with a long career in administration and bankruptcy and founder of a Foundation in his name for the promotion of political education in the Leipzig district, is the president and co-founder of Specht Group Italia, together with Rolf Specht.
